High School Service and Immersion in the Dominican Republic
One week of services and immersion: two days of service working with local community groups near Santiago, DR, one day at the Puerto Plata Beach, and three days in a “service leadership camp” with Dominican high school students.
For this trip we are partnering local K-12 organizations.
Cost: About US$1,000 per participant.
Each trip is customized by focus-theme, local holidays, transportation challenges, etc.

Arrival at STI in Santiago, Dominican Republic (afternoon)
Overnight: Centro Bellarmino Retreat House, Santiago
Day 2
Community Service Day
Students will join local community groups near Santiago in ongoing development projects.

Beach Day
Going to Puerto Plata Beach (2 hours driving)

With high school students from Fe y Alegría near Campamento Padre Dubert (a mountain area 45 minutes from Santiago).
